In order for your PowerMaster Upgrade to comply with the warranty conditions, the form below must be returned to PowerMaster. Only when this is returned can PowerMaster activate your warranty period and fulfill our warranty obligations

By completing this warranty registration form the owner:

1. Agrees that that any operator reads the operator’s manual before using the press
2. Agrees to follow all procedures in the operator’s manual & will exercise due care when using the pres
3. Agrees that Enviro Press’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by the owner in connection with the owner’s use of the product is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product.
4. Agrees that they will bear any loss the owner suffers as a consequence of any failure to comply with clause 1) above
5. Agrees to train any person who might be required to operate the press in a safe & proper manner.

Please note that Powermaster upgrade has a 24 month warranty period unless otherwise agreed. Units in Wool Stores or units used in industrial settings will only have a 12 month warranty period
